Now you have to write them up, you have to have them meet with Human Resources, your corporations have a variety of steps you must take to correct or potentially terminate this person.

We give you an agreed upon window of evaluation to see what the person is like in you environment, to make sure they work well for you and they perform to their promise and potential. This process also works well if you think you have potential talent but not sure how well they will pick up on the task. You get to give them a try. We arrange it with our consultants, and they understand that it is up to them to earn the position.
