WHO do we look for?

We scour scores of applications in search of service-oriented people who are earnestly looking for work. Whether they are fresh out of college or re-entering the workforce, the people we choose to present to our clients are selfless, hard-working, go-getters without sacrificing their career ambitions.

WHAT methods do we use to find them?
Communication is the key. Whether we interviewed a candidate ten years ago or just yesterday, we never know when the right fit may happen. So we continue to add new people to our database, take referrals, and maintain contacts with our best candidates knowing that by keeping communication lines open, opportunities will present themselves at a moment’s notice. We also research the job-specification and candidate requirements before we target our search techniques. Ads will be placed on traditional job-boards like CareerBuilder and Monster, but we also advertise on the hundreds of local and national free job-posting boards, and college job-search boards. In addition to ad placement, we search resumes submitted via email on our web portal and other websites. We also conduct internal searches on our database, which is updated daily. Face-to-face interviews and pre-screens are constantly being conducted at career fairs and through appointments at our office.

WHERE do we look?
At Jobco, we like to work smarter, not harder. Before wasting precious time blindly searching everywhere, we narrow our search based on your location, industry, and ideal employee profile. If you are looking for entry-level employees, we tap into our network of colleges and universities. If you are looking for a specialist, we advertise on industry-specific job boards.

WHEN can you meet them?
If we’re not impressed with a candidate, then we are certain you won’t be either. We pride ourselves on fast turn-around on job orders, so prepare to conduct second interviews between 1 and 3 days after contacting us with a job order. We stringently screen people based on their technical knowledge, soft skills, and overall professionalism. Then we make sure they aren’t liabilities by conducting criminal background checks and mandatory drug screening. After jobseekers pass with flying colors, they are now considered Jobco candidates and can meet with you when you need them.
